The iPad DIY selector lists supported iPad mini, iPad, iPad Air and iPad Pro families. Select the exact family shown on your device before ordering; the final shell geometry is checked against the matching production blank.

How much is a CasePop custom phone case?+

A CasePop custom phone case costs $35. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

How much is a CasePop custom iPad case?+

A CasePop custom iPad case costs $39.90. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

Can I put my pet photo on a phone case?+

Yes. Upload a clear, high-resolution pet photo and arrange it in the live preview or ask the studio to optimize the layout.

Which image files can I upload?+

The custom studio accepts PNG, JPG and WebP images up to 12 MB. Original high-resolution files produce the best result.

What does Smart Arrange do?+

Smart Arrange suggests a layout from the image type. Check important details against the camera opening and case edges; manual adjustment and studio help are available. Every submitted design receives a human production check.

Is a design contact email required?+

No. You can leave it blank and enter your required order email during checkout. Add an optional design email only if you want our studio to contact you about the artwork before checkout.

Can I return a custom case?+

Not happy with your case? Request one free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Standard cases, photo DIY and personalized license plate cases are all included. We cover return shipping, if needed, and shipping of your replacement. Refund conditions are explained in our returns policy.

Your own artwork, or your own plate text?

Photo and artwork cases are $35. Upload one original PNG, JPG or WebP file, up to 12 MB. The separate $25 license-plate service personalizes our existing collage style with your chosen text; it does not require a photo.

Use Smart Arrange for a starting layout, Manual Adjust to control the crop, or Studio Arrange to ask our team for help. With people or pets, check every face near the camera opening. Fit keeps the whole image; Fill fills the case and may crop the edges.

A few details worth checking

  • Choose the exact phone model from the selected case's available options. Similar model names do not mean the same fit.
  • For best results, use an original photo at least 1500 px on the shortest side. This is a recommendation, not a payment requirement.
  • The preview helps you judge placement; it is not a guarantee of exact screen-to-print color or a production template.
  • Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free and applicable sales tax is included.

Photo DIY and personalized license plate cases also include one free exchange within 30 days of delivery, with return and replacement shipping covered. Read the custom-order return policy before ordering.

After checkout

Use Track order with your checkout email or U.S. phone number. Verification is sent to your order email; no account is needed. Tracking is available after your shipment has a tracking number, and carrier scans may take time to appear.
