CasePop operates this brand website and is the seller for direct website orders. The verified legal seller name and customer-support contact must be displayed before direct checkout is activated.

Customers must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate order, contact and U.S. delivery information. The site may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or security-disrupting activity.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen color and image scale can vary. Product availability may change. The exact phone model selected at checkout controls fulfillment.

A phone case reduces ordinary wear but no case is represented as indestructible or guaranteed to prevent all damage unless a product page expressly states a verified protection rating.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is free, with no order minimum. Displayed product prices include applicable sales tax that we are required to collect, so no separate standard-shipping or sales-tax charge is added at checkout.

If a material pricing or catalog error is discovered before fulfillment, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund rather than charge a corrected amount without consent.

PayPal is the only direct payment method. An order is not accepted merely because items are in the bag or a payment session starts. Acceptance occurs after PayPal payment is successfully captured and the site issues an order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, invalid address, quantity limits or a material catalog error. Any captured amount for a cancelled, unshipped item will be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.

The CasePop name, site design, original copy and owned visual assets may not be copied, scraped for resale, impersonated or used to suggest endorsement without permission. Rights in third-party product art remain with their respective owners where applicable.

TikTok Shop, PayPal and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. A purchase completed on TikTok Shop is governed by the checkout terms shown there, not this website’s direct-order return policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and indirect or consequential damages are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law and any mandatory consumer forum govern a dispute. Before filing a claim, customers are encouraged to contact us with the order number so we can try to resolve the issue. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
